First and foremost, we would like to deliver a heartfelt wish for you and your loved ones to be safe in this challenging time.  As the situation with corona virus continues to evolve, we will keep this page updated regularly.
November 11th 2020: Median ship times are back to our standard 1 week production times.  Ship times are coming in line nicely for the holiday season.👊


We are using median ship times to indicate that most orders are being shipped within about a week.

Average ship times are about 2 weeks.

So what's the difference?

There are still a handful of orders that are delayed due to stock availability, artwork readiness, and awaiting supplies like labels and patches. Let's continue to work together to manage these situations and ship your orders as quickly as possible!🙏

 

We ship using united states parcel service (usps). we ship to over 150 countries worldwide. although shipping dates are not guaranteed, usps first class is typically between 3-7 business days for the lower 48 states and typically about 3 weeks for international. usps priority is typically 2-3 business days for the lower 48 states and up to 2 weeks for international. usps express is usually 1-2 business days for for the lower 48 states and 3-5 business days for international. usps delivers to the address where you normally receive your mail- if you have a p.o. box- use it! Pharoh will notify you of tracking information when your order ships- please check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking info!

special note for international orders the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Pharoh may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case.
