Pharoh Athletics LLC. does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any Kind on any items offered for sale.
Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Many clothing items that we carry are specially made and may appear to have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and are features of the manufacturing process.
Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the garment might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts of garment or other garments. Care for the garment is customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by Pharaoh Athletics LLC. and our Companies.
Size: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to checking references chart posted on website before purchase. No exchanges are allowed for size differences.

Covid-19 Pandemic - The Covid-19 Epidemic has changed the way we conduct business for health and safety.
Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore. even if it is just once.
We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore.
The clothing we carry are manufactured all over the United States. It is not possible for us to return these back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are prohibited. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask You to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.

All sales are final. We may accept Exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped on case by case basis but not guaranteed.
Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly, and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will offer a store credit.
Our Satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send a request email to support@pharaohathletics.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
